Service Description

I AM Yoga Nidra™ is a Sleep-Based Meditation Technique that allows the body and mind to deeply restore itself and balance excess stress and tension. You will be guided through a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques so the body and mind can completely relax and clear while your consciousness remains present. In this state of mind our bodies can heal, and our True Self can be experienced. Yoga Nidra is excellent for those seeking to develop a meditation practice or looking for healing of physical or emotional injuries. Yoga Nidra is beneficial for people of ALL ages. What to bring to class: A Yoga Mat and/or Blankets Pillow or Bolster An Eye Pillow, if desired A Journal and Pen You want to be exceptionally comfortable. Building a cozy nest is highly recommended. ***Limited number of mats, bolsters and blankets at the Healing Tree Collective. Registration is required. Website registration closes 5 hours prior to classes, after that please contact me directly. Venmo (@freedom-of-expressions), Cash or Card accepted. Please arrive early to set up, doors lock ten minutes after start of class. Please use the restroom prior to class starting to prevent the need to use it during the Yoga Nidra. It is recommended you give yourself some time to ground and center post class if needed. Class is 75 minutes long. You will be lying in total relaxation for approximately 30-45 minutes. This length of time is usually comfortable for 13 years of age and up.
