Service Description

This is a nourishing 60-minute session, where you can relax, breathe, and unwind. It is the perfect session for avid self-healers, looking for an energy tune up and those that just need a break from their busy lives. Maybe it's a moment to love and care for yourself, another view point you would like to see, or a place where you can feel heard and supported. During our time together, we will get clear on your intention for the session and then move into the modality that calls to you to receive.
